My experience in Real Estate started 5 years ago as I began my training to become a Real Estate Professional. During my training I learned how to appraise homes, the ins and outs of real estate property law, effective advertising of properties, and perfect my communication skills and in turn treat my customers with respect and professionalism that I would want shown towards me.
In my first years in Real Estate, I took on many different new home subdivisions learning effective sales techniques for new construction including TARION home warranty program. As I move into my most recent years in Real Estate I have ventured down many other paths including commercial sales/leasing while building my skills and confidence in selling and leasing new and resale homes.
The one thing that I always remind my clients is that there is never a question that is “stupid” or “dumb”. Your questions are as important to me as they are to you.
